What information we collect

Information voluntarily submitted in forms on the site: name, phone, email, city, volunteering areas, waiting-list search details, and family relation. We do not collect information you did not provide.

How the information is used

Contacting you about your inquiry, coordinating volunteer activity, sending updates about the campaign (with your consent), and handling waiting-list check requests.

Information sharing

Information is never sold and never shared with commercial parties. It is stored in a secured database accessible only to a small team within the organization.

The waiting lists

The Gondar and Addis Ababa waiting lists are not published on this site. The check service allows searching a name only and returns a match confirmation without exposing additional personal details, to protect the privacy of those waiting.
